Greetings,We have Immediate Requirement for our MNC Client for Senior Engineer-Mechanical (After Sales, Pneumatic circuits,Linear side assembly,Automation) at Delhi Location.
Job Description:
Title: Senior Engineer
Location: Delhi
Experience- 5 to 10 yrs
Scope of the role
Customer support service Engineer Mechanical - Machine Building & Automation
Job profile
To receive, respond and provide solution to the Breakdown calls from customer
To involve / guide customer in troubleshooting process with respect to
o Pneumatic / Hydraulic circuits of machines
o Linear slide assembly
o Geometrical dimensions critical to achieve proper function / quality of components produced
o Spindle assembly
o Conveyor based system
o Indexing table assembly
o Pick & Place mechanism
to resolve the issues
To provide support by either sending ref. assembly drawings to customer / onsite visit to customer place
To be able to carryout troubleshooting of electrical wiring / sensor setting / handling of Robots etc.,
To plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities of customer machines
To prepare detailed planned maintenance activities of the machines to ensure uptime
To involve in commissioning, testing and trial run of machines at customer location
To establish acceptance norms for the machines considering the international standards with respect to mechanical system design considering safety to operating personnel
Key Deliverables
Faster response and providing quicker solution to the customer issues and thereby ensure uptime of customer installations
On time and quality support service to customer installations and there by enhance customer satisfaction
Ensure uptime of customer installations by carrying out planned maintenance activity
On time completion of installation and commissioning activity of machines
The Right person
B.E/Dip. In Mechanical engineering
5-10yrs exp. (Engineering Grad.) or 3-7yrs exp. (Diploma) in machine Building & automation / Maintenance of special purpose machines or assembly lines
Sound Knowledge in Automation
Exposure to Robotics
Hands on machining operations
Sound knowledge in Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Good communication skills
Willing to travel
