• Must be flexible with the working hours & ready to go on field as per the business requirement, preferable bikers.
• A proactive in nature, go getter attitude, convincing skills and enthusiasm is require.

Qualification :

• Minimum HSC/Graduate

Job Description:

• Identify opportunities through Web/Telephonic interaction, Marketing events & own networks.
• Validate and manage the leads generated through the above mentioned activities.
• Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure.
• Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience weekly
• Closure by strong continuous follow up.
• Provide counselling to students and help them choose the right learning module.
• Willing to travel within city limits & convince the customers (i.e. parents) to purchase ToppScholars learning app to improve their childrens quality of education and academic result.
• Ensure end to end delivery and sustain the given targets.
• Once the lead is confirmed candidate need to showcase practical demo, counselling, end to end sales by visiting at clients place.
