Job Brief:
We are looking for recruiters to manage our full cycle recruitment for US market, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating them. Responsibilities include but not limited to sourcing candidates online, updating job advertisements/postings. The recruiter will be responsible for hiring individuals at multiple levels across 3 key verticals: Engineering, IT & Non IT.
Job Description:
Understand the job requirement.
Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs and search qualified professionals for the same.
Screen resumes which align with the requirement. Interview/ Process potential candidates.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Map the market to identify distribution of talent pool & reverse mapping accordingly, closing niche positions.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build & maintain strong network of candidates.
Maintain data related to hiring using relevant tools.
(Training on the above responsibilities would be taken care of)
Required Candidate profile
Freshers with technical bachelor's (B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electronics / Electrical) degree.
Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) skills.
Ability to understand new concepts on Engineering and Information Technology.
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Strong articulation skills.
Research oriented, analytical thinker with a strong sense of practical judgement.
