Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Making shop drawings as Scope Layouts, Plan, Elevations, Details, Millworks for further Production and Approvals, Good for Construction and finally as built Submittals.
- Document controls like making Drawing Log, Transmittal Log, RFI. Log, Material Log etc.
- Close co-ordination and site visits (site walk) with Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Design Coordinators, etc.
- Interacting with Sales, Estimating and Project Management departments to create fast and accurate shop drawings with critical deadlines.
- Must be able to read and understand Architectural drawings with some knowledge of MEP drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience with strong Architectural AutoCAD skills.
- Casework design, Furniture design and Interior design experience is a plus.
- Experience in international projects is must.
- Must be effective in meeting deadlines, solving problems and multi-tasking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills are also required for the position.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- This is a very detail oriented job.
IT Skills Required: Auto CAD, 3Ds MAX, Photo Shop, MS Office.
