Job Description
Experience: 14-20 Years
Education : MBA
Location: GDC, Bachupally, Hyderabad.
Job Profile:
New Product Launch Execution & Delivery
Ensure timely launches across the regions by tracking the project with CFTs across the regions of all the New Products from End-to-End ownership for all new product launches happening from Internal and external plants.
Pre Launch Activities
Identify and resolve common problems and potential risk issues across projects; Provide oversight to ensure projects compliance with established standard.
Prepare the Launch Calendar for next 36 months and update Qtr.ly basis on current information;
Co-ordinate with RA/country teams to ensure timely updates on product approval status.
Maintain up-to-date portfolio-level status to present to Sr. management for review in FTL meetings; Timely escalation of the issues to Sr.management IN ORDER TO facilitate all processes from filling to till product launch and ensure timely launch.
LAUNCH PLANNING - BACK-END PROCESS
Preparation of product launch plans & trigger the discussion with IPDO/FTO/ CTO functions appropritely to initiate the launch preparation activity in their respective areas;
Initiate the broad level capacity planning activity within all applicable functions in CTO/FTO/
Derisking within FTL
Identify critical products and review business case to enable decision making on derisking for CFTs in accordance with business value; Evaluate product value and manufacturing depencies for appropriate risk mitigation plan for critical products IN ORDER TO ensure uninterrupted supply of critical products.
