We are hiring for Experienced AR Callers - International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Job Description

• Possess good understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital.
• Minimum 8 months of Experience as AR Caller.
• Possess good knowledge of HIPPA, CPT codes, ICD9/10, Appeals, denial management.
• Exposure in denial management.
• Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
• Should be able to resolve billing issues that results in delay of payment

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Excellent in English Communication (Verbal and written).
• Candidates should have the knowledge of computer.
• Typing speed should be 25-30 WPM.
• Should be a team player
• Smart candidates with interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Quick learner and decision maker.

Eligibility of Candidates:

• Age should be above 18 yrs.
• Immediate joining.
• Should be Graduate.
• English communication should be fluent.
• Should be comfortable with Night Shift.
• Should be comfortable to coming to Office
• Should have own wifi and laptop
