Job Role:
We are looking for a qualified and talented Content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating,
improving and driving content to achieve our business goals. Our ideal candidate is a creative story teller with writing
background. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company's digital footprint and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
1) Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.
2) Lead a team of writers to develop engaging content.
3) Create and publish engaging content.
4) Edit, proofread and improve writers posts.
5) Use systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics.
6) Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
7) Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board.
8) Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audiences attention.
9) Understand cultural nuances and develop content in English, Telugu and any other regional languages as required.
10) It is also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.
11) Develop a pull strategy to generate more leads by creating premium content for various verticals such as entertainment, campus connect and e-learning modules.
12) Tailor posts with platform-specific language such as thought leadership positioning, subject matter expertise, infotainment, and light engagements across editorial, infographics, videos and podcasts.
Requirement and Competencies
1) Experience: Proven work experience (8+) as a Content manager.
2) Education: Bachelors or masters degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or relevant field
.
Technical Expertise:
1 )Solid understanding of web metrics, SEO and digital analytics with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data
2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3) Expertise in social media platforms
4) Language Proficiency: English is Mandatory (Telugu is Desired).
5) Self-motivated and self-directed; able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
6) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Job Description
- Content writers are basically those individuals who are indulged in professional content writers producing interactive content for online use.
- Typically internet-savvy individuals who write articles, blogs, reviews which also includes various other forms of web materials.
- Their profession is basically to monitor all the search engines and what keywords are being searched by the people when they visit websites.
- Ensure that the content they have written relevant to their organization is good enough for the consumers to generate their interests.
- They should very much be willing to answer any questions posted by their readers.
- Their content also includes ebooks, podcasts etc.
- Content writers also use HTML, CSS, JAVA to get the content ready for the websites.
- They also ensure that they set the tone for any site which they are writing for. This is possible only when they do quite a lot of research work over the internet and later on, decide which content to include and which ones to exclude.
Responsibilities
- Determine the needs of users of technical documentation
- Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
- Work with technical staff to make products and instructions easier to use
- Write or revise supporting content for products
- Technical and Business documentations
- provide documentation for their products and services
- Edit material prepared by other writers or staff
- Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to increase users understanding of the material
- Select appropriate medium, such as manuals or videos, for message or audience
- Standardize content across platforms and media
- Collect user feedback to update and improve content
Skill sets
- Expertise on Business Documentation and Documenting tools
- Business Analyst capabilities to understand and comprehend technical discussions, process flows and technical architecture.
- Technical skill sets on Administration, networks, programming languages preferably .NET and JAVA
