Responsibilities Include:

Job brief:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills.
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Responsibilities

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
*
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Requirements:
- 1.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- 2.Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site map
- 3.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- 4.Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- 5.Proven work experience as a web designer
- 6.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- 7.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- 8.Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
Should have the ability to perform the following:
Design of Agile Websites and Mobile Applications
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Design & Make Emailers HTML and mail chimp compatible.
Strong Creative front to make banners and other offline collaterals.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proven working experience in web designing and front-end development
Convert PSD files to Html
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Work with WordPress themes and use plugins.
In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
