Job Description

Business development & sales strategies for promoting rooms revenue
Increasing occupancy.
Generate institutional leads through online/offline
Able to work independently with minimal guidance from management
promote the Hotel facility and also pitch/ sell services and products for events
Share regular reports on leads generated, updates, leads closed, etc with management and also feedback from clients/leads
A proactive and gregarious personality to be able to bond with clients leads on-site/off-site and present the Hotel brand as a professional, positive entity
Must be a go-getter and achiever with a pleasing personality and Excellent Communication skills
