Hardware senior support analyst is responsible for the maintenance of hardware.

Qualification:

3-4 years of experience

# ITIL V3 Awareness / Foundation Certified

# Fluent in spoken & written English

# Arabic Language (spoken : as add on skill)

# Awareness of the IT hardware & Equipment's

# Inventory management experience

# Dealing with suppliers / support parties / follow-ups

# Communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.

# Awareness of the IT Infrastructure & Applications

# Customer service skills and client focus

# Strong communications skills including the ability to communicate technical information in using non-technical language
