Job Responsibilities
As a project manager, you will need to:
- Define and follow a standard process, as defined by a professional project management organization, such as the APM (Association for Project Management) or the PMI (Project Management Institute)
- Initiate the project - check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources
- Carry out project planning - this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of your client. Some tools, such as Gantt charts, can be used to create a visual project plan
- Lead implementation of Teknobuilts solutions and services on client specific projects
- Liaison with the client and Teknobuilts internal product & operations team to deliver all aspects of the awarded work scope
- Help client, PMO team, and owners in project execution including coordination between site, client head office and stakeholders
- Help with onboarding of stakeholders into Teknobuilts PACE system and promote usage skillfully overcoming any user resistance. Effectively promote the use of companys solution and develop healthy relationships with stakeholders to become a go-to person for the project.
- Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
- Manage the project - which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
- Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
- Implement any necessary changes throughout the process
- Report regularly to management and the client, writing weekly and monthly reports, making presentations, organizing and holding client meetings
- Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
- Work closely with product development (software) team for user feedback, bug fixes, product improvements ensuring timely delivery of the project
- Develop high level relationships with key clients personnel, potential customers and partner with senior management teams
Qualification
Post Graduation in Engineering/ Financial Technology/ Economics and Strategy or related field.Skills
You will need to have:

- Willingness to be part of a collaborative team and your personal aspirations align with companys vision
- Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead your project team
- The ability to monitor and control budgets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations
- The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure
- Technical knowledge related to the project may also be required
- Driven to improve the future of construction projects while keeping the welfare of stakeholders in mind
- Flexibility to work on projects in virtual team setting and open to work in different time zones
- Self-starter and with a high level of personal responsibility to accomplish tasks and get things done without supervision.
