Job Description

The primary role of the position will be the test planning, execution and reporting on software developed. Making test cases, finding bugs in UAT and QA region and making documents for the same, Performing regression testing on complex application modules, Giving product support and operational support to clients.

• You will be responsible for developing test case procedures and maintaining test documentation.
• You will be required to work as part of a team and will be jointly responsible for assisting with test activities where required.
• In addition you will develop and maintain the test plan and test schedules.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of testing issues within a complex project and organization.
• Work closely with the Software Development Team .
• Assist team in being responsible for all output of the testing team.
• Record problems and issues on the defect-tracking tool.(Jira,Mantis,Bugzilla)
• Implementation of test methodology and processes.
• Responsible for system/function and integration testing.

Required Candidate profile

Experience of Black box testing (Unit testing, Integration testing, System Testing, User Acceptance testing, Regression Testing)
