Looking for Team Leader role with an excellent sales track record in corporate sales. You will be managing a team of Account Managers for corporate sales.
Purpose of the role & key responsibilities:
As a Team Leaderyou need to manage Corporate sales.
Preparing deliverables for clients.
Handling a team of Account Managers. Looking after the teams clients as well.
Managing agency relationships:
1. Identifying agencies.
2. Maintaining healthy client relationship.
Interacting with clients:
1. Creating briefs according to clients needs.
2. Pitching of properties.
3. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs.
4.Coordinating and integrating with the Programming and the Creative team.
Make proposals, agreements.
Required competencies and experience:
An MBA with 8-12 Years experience.
Team Handling Experience.
Client Relationship.
