Role Designation- Technology Lead

Responsibilities- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities., Good understanding of the technology and domain., Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal., Ensure continual knowledge management., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience required., Strong hands on experience with design development implementation tuning and support of reports using Cognos 10 BI Cognos 11 Analytics Report Studio Event Studio., Should be Proficient in Creating enhancing and maintaining Cognos 10 11 Framework Manager models to support business requirements including strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and document them., Responsible for coordinating development efforts with the onsite offshore as well as interacting with business users on day to day basis., Ensure quality assurance by developing implementing unit test activities including the development of UT UAT test cases and publication of test results., Well versed in writing complex yet efficient SQL code especially in a DB2 environment., * Location of posting is driven by business needs.
