We have an opening with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance for the position of Development Manager

The Eligibility criteria is :

Education : 12th pass or Any Graduate

Job Profile :

Recruit and Train, Mentor Team of Life Insurance Advisor.

Handhold the advisor in prospecting clients and assist/guide them for developing business.

Training, motivating & providing update market information.

Drive Team for Sales Target.

CTC: Rs. 2,50,000/- p.a.(Fixed) for non metro city & Rs. 3,00,000 for Metro city + Incentives + Commission + Allowances (36,000/-p.a.)

Company will provide a Laptop and a data card after joining.

Benefits :

Reimbursements - Conveyance & Cell Phone Expenses

Gratuity shall be payable in accordance with The Payment of Gratuity Act 1972, as applicable.

Medi claim Insurance : Hospitalization expenses shall be reimbursed for Self and up to 5 dependents on a family floater basis.

Life Insurance : They are eligible for a Life cover of Rs 10,00,000/- which is effective from their DOJ
