We are hiring Quality Analyst for US Non voice process in Ambattur industrial estate.

Roles and Responsibilities

Help to redesigns business processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
Communicate with clients to understanding the new updates and clarifications.
Analyzing on the errors and update to the team.
Provides feedback and acknowledge the Data Processor who contributes an error.
Performs analysis on the error samples and provides everlasting solution
Troubleshooting and Provides clarification on doubts for the Data Processor.
Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally.
Maintains files of all related quality materials and documentation. Updates and administers applicable database and departmental file systems
Perform random audits and conduct assessments test on instruction periodically.
Maintains Change control documents and Base Specification as a source for effective change management process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Candidate profile:

Education Quality: Diploma or Any Graduate
1 year hands on experience in Quality
Must have good knowledge in Quality Check
Should have handled 15 team members
Should have hands on experience in 7 Quality tools
Six sigma certification is optional
