Job Description
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Design and architect blockchain industry solutions
Construct blockchain networks leveraging blockchain platforms and technologies
Work with domain teams on industry
Blockchain use case analysis and prioritization
Define architecture and best practices for Blockchain technology adoption and implementation
Disseminate best practices and act as a knowledgeable resource for Blockchain engineering problem solving
Participate in Presales and Customer workshops as per need Conceptualize, design and build Blockchain framework and assets Lead solution development and capability development in Blockchain and related technologies such a Ethereum, crypto-currencies and smart contracts
Write high - caliber code to satisfy project requirements Be part of a fast- paced, agile environment
Participate in industry events showcasing Grassroots capabilities
Conceptualize and build demos showcasing
Grassroot's Blockchain thought leadership and capability
Work with partners, both startups and enterprise vendors building joint value-propositions and solution assets Should write point of views and white papers
Contributes / guides project team to a project from requirements to testing life cycle stages to delivery production ready code
Able to work in Agile, short delivery cycles, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development environment, Implements Proof of Concepts for identified technology areas, Works on Blockchain platform(s) and related programming languages, performance tuning, handling modularity and security.
Active demonstrable interest in Bitcoin/Blockchain, distributed applications (Daaps), cryptography
Contributed to establishing best practices and published blogs or papers on Blockchain and bitcoins
Previous work contributing to an open source Bitcoin/Altcoin project or any Blockchain applications.
Hands-on Java/J2EE/ AngularJS/React/Spring MVC
A deep understanding of blockchain technologies and crypto economic protocols.
A deep understanding of consensus mechanisms POW, POS AND POI.- Strong Javascript and go lang proficiency.- Smart contract experience.
- Ethereum/Hyper Ledger/IOTA Coding in Solidity, NodeJS, Python, GO
- REST Service development using popular frameworks (spring boot, cxf, resteasy.)
- Knowledge of RDBMS - Oracle and/or SQL server, NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Hands on experience on build frameworks (Maven, Ant)
- Applied knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat, Jboss, and Websphere Knowledge on continuous integration (CI) technologies like Jenkins, SonarQube
- Hands on experience in automated testing Junit, TesNg
- Experience of working in Scrum and test-driven development SDLC model
- Capability to work with BIG DATA stacks (Kafka, SPARK)
- Experience hands on UI frameworks JSF, JQuery, Prime Faces
- OOAD design. Knowhow of UML and common design patterns, usage of tools like Enterprise Architect
- Knowhow of requirement management tool like Doors/equivalent
