Job Description

About the Role
Collaborate with the Process Engineering Managers and leaders in leading process modelling. Resource would do this in conjunction with Architects, Designers, Modelers aligned to LOB. Individual will work closely with Enterprise BPM aligned roles like QA and Enterprise Librarians for successful closure of sprints.Individual will also work closely with the both front line and functional leadership of LOBs in identifying, scoping and executing opportunities related to process improvements and transformations. He/she shall support both strategic and tactical engagements for LOB.

Engage business partners to analyze and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques.

Effectively navigate a matrixed environment and able to convey complex concepts in a consumable/simplified manner.
Validate existing process architecture to ensure SIPOC is appropriately identified/defined.
Effectively facilitate process design/modeling work session with business stakeholders.
Decompose processes for lines of business based on existing process documentation and/or through facilitating modeling sessions.
Liaise with subject matter experts and process owners to understand and document their business processes according to the BPM framework and policy requirements.

Essential Skills:

Experience in using a BPM Suite like iGrafx, ARIS, Mega, IBM Blueworks, Pega etc.
