Selection of right candidates
Freelancer has to select the right candidates from Job portal, Social sites, Job promotional sites, References, local pool, and own created data base, which fit in well with company requirements.
Calling them to find out the potential candidates or counseling the right candidate to opt for the position / vacancies. Shortlist the good candidates after screening and telephonic round of interview with complete details.
Line up the Candidate for round of the interview
Inform the shortlisted candidates for interview if it is scheduled after short listing of profiles.
Follow up the candidate through Telephone / message / mail till he appeared in the interview.
*It will be on Profit sharing base.
*NO ANY FIX SALARY / PACKAGE / REMUNERATION would be there.
