Job Description

Position - INSTRUMENT / VALVE TECHNICIAN
Qualifications : ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation
Years of Experience : - Minimum 6 year experience

Shutdown Project - 3-6 months

Skills & Knowledge
Experience in maintenance, calibration & overhauling of all type of field instruments/ control valves , continuity checking , loop checking, pre-commissioning and commissioning of cable and instruments such as Transmitters, Gauges, switches, etc.
Experience in control valves, pneumatic, electro pneumatic and smart type positions.
Process control systems of field instrumentation consisting of various electronic transmitters , control valves and actuators.
Perform preventive maintenance of field instruments such that instrument failures are avoided.
