Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bsc with Chemistry OR Degree/Diploma holder in Plastic/Polymer industry
  • Min 10 to 15 years of relevant Experience.
  • Knowledge of injection molding & extruding machines in PVC Pipe industry
  • Capable of handle Corporate clients, Key accounts and All India Sales Team
  • Must have Experience in Polymer and PVC Compounding
  • Prepared for Extensive traveling Pan India. (Monthly 15-20 days)
  • Only Male Candidate, Must be ready to travel anywhere.
  • Age not above 45 years

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Devising & Implementing Sales & Marketing Strategies.
  • Devising & Implementing Strategies to Enhance Brand Awareness To Penetrate Existing Markets To Increase Market Share.
  • Identifying Large Corporate Clients, Developing Healthy Relationships to Ensure Long Term Business Relationships.
  • Bring in more innovative ideas to achieve sales targets & creating awareness through Sales Promotional Activities.
  • On time reporting as per the company norms.
  • To submit daily reporting and other weekly / monthly reports Devising & Implementing Business Plan to Achieve Pre-Defined & Agreed Targets With Management& Business Goals. Achievement of sales & payment collection targets in assigned area/states.
  • Customer Engagement, Entertainment & Knowledge Sharing Driving & Motivating Sales Team For Achieving Agreed Targets.
  • Conceptualize & Implement Strategies For Enhancing Business Development Opportunities With Respect To New Market/ Unexplored Markets.
  • Establish A Strong Dealer Network.
  • Appraising The Management Through Proper MIS On Monthly Progress Of Business With Recommended Actions To Ensure On Target.
  • Achieve Agreed Targets Through Direct Selling Of High End Technological Solutions To Large Corporate.
  • Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
  • Conducting regular performance assessments of Sales/ Marketing Executives and initiate corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states Sales/ marketing personnel training Development, Motivation And Retention Of The Team.
