  1. prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  2. taking dictations & preparing Minutes of meeting
  3. organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements
  4. arrange and confirm appointments
  5. conducting research on the internet
  6. maintain schedules and calendars
  7. preparing presentations
  8. Drafting and preparing e-mail / letter correspondence
  9. Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
  10. keep a record of appointments and ensure
  11. communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  12. Assisting in HR related or other administrative works

Skills
1.Powerpoint presentations
2. Drafting & speaking kannada
