Position: DevOps Support Engineer
Work Location: Nagercoil
Experience: 2-4 years in IT
Skill:
v Strong knowledge of Azure, including PaaS and IaaS architectures.
v Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform, Operating System (Windows & Linux), Virtualization, Networking experience.
v Windows Azure architecture and its components(Fabric, Compute, Storage)
v Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform services
v Knowledge of networking engineering, including DNS, Active Directory, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
v Knowledge of best practices for IT operations in an always-on, always-available service model for e.g. Azure Site recovery, Backup, Monitoring & Maintenance.
v Maintain and provide support for all IT infrastructure Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting
v Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
v Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
v Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
v Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
