Job Description

Department Overview: CLBT supports various applications for the Wholesale line of businesses. The teams are spread across various locations including EGS. Team member will be working from any of the EGS India work locations. The technology team has various applications based on Java Stack, Microsoft, DWH, Etc.,. About the Role Provide Release Management oversight for the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Main responsibility would be for keeping a variety of release management documentation up to date. Assisting with the Production Readiness process as well as the ECR (Emergency Change Request) process . Responsibilities :

Pay attention to details. Keep tracker updated clearly and effectively.
Understands the SDLC Process
Quick learner/able to work in a fast paced environment
Knows P2K, ALM, Jira, EPM, SDLC Tracker
Understands work prioritization and needs very little guidance.
Can follow directions from emails.
Put documents together and route for approvals
Able to effectively escalate

Essential Qualifications:

10+ years of experience.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced and high pressure environment
Flexibility in work hours to overlap with US team during US business hours
Excellent liaison, relationship skills (to collaborate with and support technology/business partners)
End-to-End SDLC workflow knowledge.
SME on release management.
Basic understanding on Project Management.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with managing/building Share point content would be a plus
Experience with ALM defect management tool would be a plus
Experience with Pac2000 would be a plus.
Experience with Jira would be a plus.
