Job Description
Department Overview: CLBT supports various applications for the Wholesale line of businesses. The teams are spread across various locations including EGS. Team member will be working from any of the EGS India work locations. The technology team has various applications based on Java Stack, Microsoft, DWH, Etc.,. About the Role: This role is for a Subject Matter Expert / Analyst in designing solutions for all Global Branch Foundation application, that include FLEXCUBE UBS, Oracle Banking Payments Module (OBPM) & Oracle Banking Liquidity Module (OBLM). Primary role would be to understand business needs and convert them to Functional Specification Document (FSD) & Design Specification Document (DSD) to meet business requirements. Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design and document Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Design specification document (DSD) based on the business requirements in Oracle Suite of Banking products or for any Interface applications.
- Work closely with Development Team, Partner Application, Vendor & QA Team to deliver functions and features based on the release road map.
- Participate in design review to ensure that all the solution is aligned as per the business requirement.
- Experience facilitating meetings with team members in various remote locations
- Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, leads and project managers
- 7-10 Years of Functional Implementation experience on Core Banking application to support multi branch rollout, with exposure to Payments and Transaction Banking domains.
- Should have hands on experience working on minimum of 2 modules on Oracle Suite of Products:
- Customer Account & Savings Account (CASA) and Deposits
- Money Market and Foreign Exchange
- Payments and Collection and Funds Transfer
- Liquidity Management
- Interfaces for information reporting
- Experience in global payment instruments like SEPA, SWIFT, ISO/MX and TARGET2 etc. Knowledge of payment engine like Oracle Banking Payment Module would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Transaction Banking like Account Services , Treasury Instruments and Limits. Knowledge on FLEXCUBE UBS would be added advantage.
- Experience in Liquidity Management and Cash Pooling. Knowledge on Oracle Banking Liquidating Management would be an added advantage.
- Flexibility in work hours to overlap with US team during US business hours
- Excellent liaison, relationship skills (to collaborate with and support technology/business partners)
Desired Qualifications:
- Banking Experience, Knowledge on Trending Payment Market Infrastructure and financial markets.
