Roles and Responsibilities
Insurance outsourcing Agent: Customer Care Executive
- Out calling to prospective customers who are interested to buy the insurance
- Handling sales targets and updating in excel
- This position is responsible for day-to-day operations.
- Work timings will be 10am - 7pm.
- 6 days working, one day rotational week-off.
Collections Team Leader: Banking Process
- Only Female candidates preferred.
- Minimum 6 month on paper experience as Collections Team Leader.
- Should be well aware of the KPIs and KRAs of Team Leader.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have good verbal communication skills and bold nature.
- Should be able to convince the customers and buy the premium sale
- English+Hindi (preferred).
- Immediate joiners are Required and Preferred.
- Freshers are welcomed and a higher preference for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Sales Domain.
- Work location Richmond Road, Bangalore.
- Day shift only.
- Minimum Qualification- 12th pass/ ITI or higher. (Graduates with backlogs are also considerable) for executive level. For Team Leader opening, graduation is preferred.
