Overview of Job Function:
The Software Developer reports to Customer Operations lead to achieve team goals. The person will be involved in handling multiple customization projects simultaneously, troubleshooting/resolving customer issues and assisting customers with functionality and how-to questions regarding how to utilize the system. The person will also be responsible for resolving technical system issues in a timely manner meeting the defined SLAs. An ideal team member will be the one who is instrumental in achieving high customer satisfaction of FranConnects customers.
This position is located in Noida, India. No relocation assistance provided.
