Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The job holder would be responsible for:

Complete Plant HR, Employee Relations and Administration activities including Security and Contract Workforce Management
Local Liaison
Statutory Compliance and other jobs as assigned from time to time

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduate in Personnel / HR Management with minimum 15 years experience in managing Plant HR/ER and Administration activities.
People and Process Orientated
Should be good at Learning & Development
Should be able to implement new systems and processes wherever required
Should be strong in statutory compliance
Fluency in Telugu (speaking, reading and writing)
Should be able to manage Public Relations effectively
