Key Responsibilities :
1. Comprehensive knowledge of desktop laptop PC hardware, maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers, End-User Devices PDAs, Smart Phones, Blackberry devices, etc Good knowledge on Windows10, Windows Server 2016
2. Experience in Providing technical Support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related software/hardware
3. Knowledge of Antivirus Symantec, System Center Endpoint Protection, etc
4. Knowledge on troubleshooting
Professional Attributes :
General knowledge of network principles, concepts, and technologies applicable to hardware, software, and administration utilities
Good knowledge on Windows10, Windows Server 2016
Developed problem-solving skills
Comprehensive verbal, written communication and Interpersonal skills
