Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Trilyon is looking for Technical Writer for its client in Bangalore, India. This is a long term contract opportunity to work at one of the leading companies. If you are interested, please submit your resume to se****l@tr************s.com.

Skills Required:

Experience range of 7 years in core tech writing.
Must have experience with XML/DITA
Familiarity with AEM and Oxygen is desirable.
Experience working with networking, storage or cloud based companies is required
Should have created and delivered content for a few products end to end and gone through a number of release cycles to know how a tech writer works through different stages of a release.
Ability to read through feature specification documents, connect with relevant stakeholders across the globe, curate content from existing artefacts or from meetings/demos with feature owners or SMEs, follow style guidelines and create content for config guides, online helps, installations guides, release notes, etc.
Understand content approval process and iterative reviews. Ability to persist, incorporate comments, refresh drafts, and ensure completion of activities under strict timelines.
