Job Description

Process Safety , Hazop studies , Statutory compliances
Developing new process safety guidelines and strengthening/improving existing PSM system and practices
Process Safety Information (PSI) gap analysis & evaluations for existing & new process/products
Process and construction safety management as per standard requirements.
Developing safety management plans and overseeing the implementation of the same as per the guidelines. Conducting safety inspections/audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance. Preparing daily, weekly / monthly status reports to monitor the compliance and implementing emergency response plan for in-plant operations.
Carrying out HAZOPs of the different process as part of the team of various functions and ensuring implementation of the HAZOP recommendations.
Imparting training on safety policies, procedures, loss prevention principles,
