Job Description Summary
Business Need / Purpose of Role:
- Development of global business application selector pro
- Selector pro application maintenance and supporting
- Enhancements of the web applications selector pro and other future projects
- Web applications configurations in cloud and user support for the application
Objectives & Measurement Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
Including but not limited to:
- Programming/coding for web application selector pro
- Selector pro application maintenance and supporting
- Enhancements of the web applications selector pro and other future projects
- Web applications configurations in cloud and user support for the application
- Trouble shooting of the selector pro
- Data base maintenance
- Good understanding and experience of the web application optimization techniques
- Have competence to manage one or more projects concurrently, with emphasis
May guide or train lower level engineers in software development
- Good understanding of cloud based applications
- Ability to work with global teams
Measurements:
- Key accountabilities that will most likely be on annual and mid-year review
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Knowledge / Education and QualificationsEducation and/or Experience: Degree/Masters in computers engineering or similar with four to seven years of experience
Computer Skills:
The incumbent should have good working knowledge of the following software:
- Visual Studio 2013 or later
- Dot Net- ASP.NET, C#
- MSDN
- Web technologies HTML, CSS, JS
- Knowledge on cloud services Microsoft azure
- Web services SOA, SOAP
- .Net development: min 3 years of hands-on wide range app development, fft analysis, charting
PLC programming and field bus protocols (Beckhoff, OPCUA, ModBus, etc..): min 3 years hands-on development, large Automation projects
Data stream conversion development and integration: Extensive MatLab/Python knowledge in converting data streams like vibration to audio including integration
Experience in PLC is mandatory.
