Exposure

Media Exposure is a must (Print or any other media)
Pali - Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in media past exp will do, if not current exp
Team Handling Experience is a Must (5 to 6 people)
For Satellite Positions Experience in revenue generation from satellite cities (nearby cities) working out of Bureau/Branch Office


Revenue Handling

Unit Ad Sales Head, Pali Minimum revenue handled 6 Crores

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing & driving Ad Sales revenue and growth in defined markets through space selling.
  • Generating revenue through mapping clients, Identifying USPs, building and making a compelling pitch, negotiations / closure & servicing)
  • Leading a team. Guiding, mentoring and motivating them.
  • Relationship management with key stakeholders/Agencies/Clients and channels for business development.
  • Establishing sales strategies and its implementation in the assigned market.
  • Ensure optimum market penetration.
  • Business Development / Negotiations / Relationship Management, PR Coordination with Media Agencies & Clients to ensure sales.
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities from the Untapped Markets and further develop the New Market in given segment.
  • Maintain client servicing and ensure daily call targets are met as per the defined norms.
  • Monitoring and ensuring performance of the team members and identify leaders.
