Job Description

The responsibilities
  1. Creating a strong funnel of opportunities for the Retrofit/Modernization business.
  2. Create account plans&MIS of all the projects of Identified with Key Accounts with their execution Plan
  3. Develop & maintain relationships with potential customers accounts, Consultants, Architects, turnkey HVAC solution providers and Project Management & Facility Management Companies across the assigned market.
  4. Discover competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and arrive at winning strategies for the market.
  5. Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide assistance to Projects function,in the fulfilment of technical and design responses being sold.
  7. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the companys products and energy offerings and methodologies.
  8. BMS is a Must Have
  9. Only Female candidates
