We are urgently looking for a Sales Analyst:Designation: Sales Analyst/Sales Operations Manager
Alternate Channels: Retail, Olime, B2B, MT/GT, Direct Calling
Experience: 2-5 Years Max
Budget: 50-70k
Qualification: Prior sales experience if generalist then engineering background
Location: Gurgaon
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Increase Distribution of brand across relevant offline channels and calling channel
- Weekly review of sales numbers along with insights on what worked, what did not, and next action steps
- Enable sales channels with insights on Brand
- Enable sales channels with marketing collaterals
- Analyse sales peoples' performance and coach them
- Inventory management across channels
Traits/Prerequisites
- Data: Ability to analyse data; good excel skills
- Project Management: Ability to cordinate and project manage
- Communication: Ability to pursue, convince, troubleshoot
- Attention to Detail: Diligence and excellent work organization capabilities
- Train: Identification and troubleshooting, leading to effective training
- Education: Engineering AND/OR MBA
