We are urgently looking for a Sales Analyst:Designation: Sales Analyst/Sales Operations Manager
Alternate Channels: Retail, Olime, B2B, MT/GT, Direct Calling
Experience: 2-5 Years Max
Budget: 50-70k
Qualification: Prior sales experience if generalist then engineering background
Location: Gurgaon
Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Increase Distribution of brand across relevant offline channels and calling channel
• Weekly review of sales numbers along with insights on what worked, what did not, and next action steps
• Enable sales channels with insights on Brand
• Enable sales channels with marketing collaterals
• Analyse sales peoples' performance and coach them
• Inventory management across channels

Traits/Prerequisites

• Data: Ability to analyse data; good excel skills
• Project Management: Ability to cordinate and project manage
• Communication: Ability to pursue, convince, troubleshoot
• Attention to Detail: Diligence and excellent work organization capabilities
• Train: Identification and troubleshooting, leading to effective training
• Education: Engineering AND/OR MBA
