Key Client Manager-Raipur(CPN-Cargill Premixes and nutrition)
Position Purpose :
To manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. Meeting with clients face to face or via any other electronic medium to provide educate and promote the business through presentations and other account analysis. Maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets, exhausting all additional revenue streams opportunities. Providing unique environmental reporting with the assistance of other leaders in the region and HO. Working with the Head of Sales, Marketing, Services and teams to ensure that service requirements are understood and implemented in line with client expectations
Principal Accountabilities:
Prepare a Blue Book on Key Accounts in such a way that the Key Account Manager will know much more about the client then the client itself-10%.
Ensure to meet the assigned revenue budget regularly-20%
- Provide detailed information, carry out analysis and provide reports to the-10%Head Office (HO) as and when required
- Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service and suppliers provide consistent services
- Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
- He will collect the payment for respective supply from his customers
Accountable to customize and promote mix brand port folio based on identifying customer need.
Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio- 10%
Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities-10%
Identifying new solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services 10%
Progressive manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities- 10%
ensure that customers receive excellent customer service and suppliers provide consistent services 10%
Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors 5%
Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service and suppliers provide consistent services 5%Required Qualifications
Graduate
Previous sales experience ideally selling to the Animal Nutrition Industry/ similar industries
1 3 years of experience required

Preferred Qualifications
Preferably B V Sc or M V Sc (Animal Nutrition) or A relevant Sales and Marketing or Commercial or related Qualification
