Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Have hands on experience in reaching out to and acquiring customers in laboratory service industry in addition to managing the sales and marketing function
• Technically competent and knowledgeable on entire Laboratory service portfolio
• Identify and build new business relationships with new prospects as well as with new groups within existing accounts
• Effectively adapt business development plans based on Analytical Services strengths and needs unique to the categories.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates must have In-depth understanding of the technical sales experience in Lab Services Industry.
• Capable of managing major and complex accounts. Competent in Financial planning and analysis
• Must have exposure to formulating business plan and marketing strategy in laboratory or similar service sector
• Must have a strong relationship with regulators and Govt agencies pertinent to Laboratory Service Industry
