ELIGIBILITY:

• Freshers and Experienced can apply.
• 2020 Freshers are applicable only if completed all the exams.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Candidates only from Chennai are preferred (WORK AT OFFICE)
• 12 Class as Min Graduation.
• Degree (Not Mandatory)
• Aspirants with good Tech knowledge and basic windows concept.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with any Malware, Virus, Hardware related issues.
• Answer Phone to respond to customer inquires and troubleshoot for any Malware issues
• Assist customers with installation / un-installation of antivirus products.
• Assist customers with product configuration, error messages & / or common issues.
• Project a professional company image through phone and email chat interaction
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Transfer the customer calls to appropriate department, if required.
• Escalate the call to next level, if required.
