Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Service Offerings, capabilities and Solutions Create and refine testing service offerings and solutions as differentiators for the practice

• Pilot and industrialize tools, offerings, solutions and its adoption on customer projects

• Tooling - Conceptualize and Build frameworks, utilities and tools for software testing

• Customize practice solutions and offerings to adapt to client needs

• Create and extend / enhance automation, performance, security, GIL

• Explore upcoming areas / technologies and build future ready service offerings

• Drive revenue growth through new service offerings and solutions

• Co-create solutions and offerings in partnership with alliances and customers

• Propagate competency solutions and offerings with Analysts mindshare

• Pre-sales Collaterals on all service offerings and writing Testing proposals

• Evangelism - External evangelism (whitepapers, blogs, website content, conferences etc.)

• Test Consulting and Test Architect - Build / enhance consulting practices for testing

• Build domain specific testing service offerings and verticalized solutions

• Contribute to initiatives of the Software Testing Practice (knowledge management, learning / training.

• Lead on test transformation and continuous improvements

• Drive customer test centers of excellence as per client needs and context

• Drive multiple relevant practice certifications to enhance credentials of the practice

• Drive adoption of new generation testing methods, approaches and techniques e.g. Agile, CI/CD and Devops and tooling, continuous testing, software engineering in test

• Drive Audit and assessments, compliance and delivery and business assurance

• Take responsibility and own a set of carved out testing delivery engagements
