Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: RRF004300 Job Title: Technical Project Manager Category: Job Description: Responsible and accountable for managing the projects/engagement through the lifecycle of feasibility, development, deployment, monitoring, support, and enhancements
Able to work with the customer s business and technology teams and should be able to understand the technical requirements and articulate the solution on a high level
Mentor and assist the team, in all aspects, related to Delivery, specifically the customer and communication management
Responsible for the revenue; contract renewals and for the account growth
Shares best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the internal stake holders, based on the experience, from the accounts handled
Key Requirements:
10+ years of IT experience, which includes significant years of Development Experience and a minimum of 2+ years of Project Management experience
Should have good experience on these Technologies (Java/.Net, etc.)
Should have good experience in Relational and Non-Relational Databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experience in Cloud and Contact Center technologies is preferred
Experience in Agile Project Management
Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
