Job Description

  • Works closely with MOPAR, Product Development, Brand Vehicle team, ICT and global cross functional teamsroles including Solution Architects, Feature Owners, Feature Architects, Channel Owner, On-board DREs, Validation, and the Delivery Lead to ensure the features are delivered per the plan of record for all FCA Brands regionally and globally.
  • The applicant will work with supplier partners to coordinate the features, enablers andor channels from concept to launch including change requests. Develop and maintain delivery timelines, risk management plan, issue log and communication plan.
  • Working with business and technical teams to understand key success criteria, assessing risk and developing an effective delivery plan.

The selected candidate may be responsible for the below

  • Driving delivery time-lines for high-impact programs in the core technology team to help customers worldwide to enjoy new content and connected vehicle experiences
  • Collaborating across many groups within and outside FCA Information and Communications Technology team
  • Leading key strategic programs and launching products and services that will enable new business opportunities for FCA.
  • Working with business and technical teams to understand key success criteria, assessing risk and developing an effective feature delivery plan and communication plan.
  • Proactively work to identify issues, supplier dependencies and drive issue resolution.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner if needed.
  • Preparing presentations for various levels of audiences from a highly technical audience to non-technical andor executive level adjusting content as appropriate.
  • Bulletins, Product Grid, Feature Db, FEED Process, Supplier Platform Release Mgmt. dependencies resolution, feature Change request fulfillment (Commercial Technical), Global Regional Change request prioritization, Technical Review Board, Channels Backlog Reviews, Ops Coordination
  • Prepare, coordinate and present at connectivity Industrial, Product, Commercial, Technical Committees, and at Regional Brand CIO Bi-weekly status updates
  • Coordinate report program governance funding activities with Finance teams for CAPEX OPEX
  • Ensures teams follow Agile practices and values, and adopt best practices to enhance the efficiency of teams
  • Continuously monitor the progress performance of the project and guide teams to independently drive continuous improvement

  • Document the progress and communicate to top management and key stakeholders
  • Assist product owners in effectively managing the product backlogs, Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices, Ensure teams follow Agile practices and values, and adopt best practices to enhance the efficiency of teams
  • Collaborate to assess the scrum maturity of the organization and devise a strategy to enhance the team s maturity, Identify opportunities to automate or streamline current processes
  • Facilitate and coordinate daily standup, story point estimation, sprintrelease planning meetings, reviews and other ceremonies

Essential:

  • 8+ years of experience serving as a project manager or scrum master
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of managing projects per plan of record and work with multiple stakeholders with global teams
  • Knowledge in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies Waterfall, Agile and DevOps
  • Strong experience working in an agilescrum environment
  • Experience with one or more project management tools such as JIRA, Scrum Desk
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, budget plans and track progress and resources
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent relationship management skills to forge relationships with the team and other stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing global projects from vision through implementation, utilizing internal as well as, contractors, and vendor resources
  • Experience in effective application development project implementation Deployment strategies with a customer base distributed throughout the world

Desirable:

  • Experience in working with CICD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
  • Knowledge of toolstechnologies used by the team (including APEX APIs, web services, testing tools etc.)
  • Knowledge in Google SheetSlide, Excel, Visio, etc.
  • PMP certification is an added advantage
  • Prior experience of working in an onsiteoffshore model is desired
  • Strong experience working in an agilescrum environment
  • Knowledge in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
