Job Description

About the Role

Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within specified parameters, Update the company s systems of record with appropriate data, Generate system queries, as required/requested.
Identify Issue/problems related to processes performance.
Responsible for ordering/follow up for loan documents for review.
Functions include: Uploading loan documents; entering loan information into system

Responsibilities

Ability to fluently speak, write, and read English
Good problem solving and some analytical skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word; Microsoft Access is preferred
Eye for detail and comprehension skills

Essential Qualifications

University: degree in Business or related discipline
Relevant Experience: 18- 24 months of US mortgage experience preferably in origination side of the business
Experience in US residential mortgage fulfillment process
