Tele Counsellor Responsibilities: 

• Explaining the services to customers about the services.
• Fresher may also apply with good communication skills.
• Keeping track of the regular calling record.
• Customer follow-up and feedback - mails/phones.
• Handling queries and emails of clients and replying effectively and communicating with
  clients through email and telephone.
• Prepares a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to the concerned person.
• Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
• Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks.
• Should be a graduate in any stream.
