Roles and Responsibilities

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our Client is one of the leading MNC Distributor of Beverage, Personal Care Products, Specialty Chemicals, Sourcing Services, Material Testing Services and Logistics Services, etc.

To qualify for this position you should:

- Any Graduate

- Sales coordinator

- Experience in Pharma or any chemical Industry only
- Responsible for supporting Sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships

- Processing of Delivery Instructions by coordinating with all sales team.

- Updating the shipments status and informing all sales team.

- To follow up with PHI customers for payments, C- forms etc

- Assisting Business Line Manager-PHI in allocation of material, inventory planning and other sales related processes.

- Handling indenting commission.

- Coordinating with the commercial and warehouse team.

- Manage material delivery from stocks and imports

- Liaising at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Business Line Manager- PHI.

- Location Mumbai Andheri be current from Mumbai only & ready to travel
