Logistics Executive - Pune - Tetra Pak - 2 to

As Shipping Executive you will:

• Organising all shipments in line with requirements and in coordination with all internal and external business partners;
• Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists and other statutory documents;
• Timely preparation of export / Domestic shipment documentation in SAP
• Playing the key coordinator role for all shipments to customers, ensuring optimal transportation and completion of all necessary documentation.
• Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all stakeholders;
• Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
• Ensure compliance to local legal transportation, custom clearance and excise rules.
• Participate and contribute in World Class Manufacturing activities for eradicating Logistics losses (both in costs and service level) impacting the Factory and customers involving other stakeholders as needed (e.g., CSRs, Supplier Management, carriers).
• Work with Planning and Customer Service to ensure timely availability of finished goods in order to meet On Time customer orders.
• Secure logistics quality of service towards customers, incl. claim and complaints management / root cause analysis / eradication
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive logistics activities at factory level for lowest possible total logistics cost and improved service level
• Participate and contribute weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings both internally as well as with the Logistics companies [ Freight as well as warehousing]
