Assistant Business Manager @ Regalix

Job Description

• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements and enabling the QA team to understand the same
  
• Documenting and analyzing the required information and data
  
• Understanding client needs and proactively suggesting ways to work things out efficiently
  
• Knowledge of online applications, websites, and digital campaigns
  
• Preparing wireframe designing and help the client in creating landing pages & microsites
  
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designs.
  
• Communicating with the internal design and development team to understand the bottlenecks and work on the issues to fix the same.
  
• Achieve sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
  
• Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring the number of monthly meetings target is met.
  
• Identifying challenges in the existing outsourced model for the clients and map Regalix capabilities against each challenge.
  
• Determine growth opportunities in the existing business verticals.
  
• Take a solutioning and consultative approach to ensure clients challenges are mitigated.
  
• Prepare proposals and review contract documents prior to client meetings.
