Job Purpose and Position Overview:
At Billed Right, An Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments that may handle any issues pertaining to the clients work. They also assist with data processing, handle complaints and ensure that customers get the best possible experience. Billed Right Account Manager acts as a link between the company and clients, and they are responsible for assessing a clients needs and finding ways to meet them in order to maintain good relationships.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:


Key Duties/Responsibilities
1. Communicating with all internal billed right departments to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
2. Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
3. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
4. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's work processes.
5. Acting as the clients advocate to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
6. Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
7. Prepares and analyzes accounts receivable reports, and weekly and monthly financial reports in concert other service delivery team members.
8. Collects and compiles accurate statistical reports
9. Works closely with RCM Processes / department Audits current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of billing and collections operations
10. Ensures that the activities of the billing operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department protocol, and are following Federal, State, and payer regulations, guidelines, and requirements
11. Participates in the development and implementation of good productivity practices
Required Qualifications/Skills:
1. Associates degree, preferably in business administration or related field; Bachelors degree preferred
2. Minimum of two-year experience managing accounts
3. Minimum of 5+ years medical insurance/healthcare billing and collections experience in a medical practice or health system, with a deep understanding of medical billing rules and regulations
4. Ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the telephone
5. Ability to work under minimum supervision and demonstrate strong initiative
6. Must be detail oriented, conscientious, and able to follow through
7. Ability to deal in an organized manner with problems involving multiple variables within the scope of the position
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelNote :
This Position is above Team Leader and below Assistant Manager.
Should have handled atleast 25 AR team members.

Shift Timing: 3 pm to 12 am (Flexible)
No cabs for this position.
Providing Incentives/Meals
No Work from Home Facility
