Commerce Graduate/PG Required For Finance @ Coforge

Job Description

COFORGE(Erstwhile NIIT Technologies Ltd.) is hiring Commerce Background Freshers for its Back Office (Investment Banking process).

Location- Gurgaon (Due to current situation we are working from home until further notice)

Salary for Freshers-12k in hand per month(for first 6 months)

Post 6 months: 12.5k (in hand)+ Monthly Performance Linked Incentives upto 3500/-+ Annual Bonus- 16,800/-

Also there will be a retention bonus of total 55,000/- which will be paid in three intervals after completion of 12 months, 18 months and 24 months.

Salary For Experienced-upto 15K take Home.

Both side free cab facility will be provided.

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational (24*5) shifts and bond for 1 year.

Looking for :

• Graduate in Commerce- B.Com/ BBA/ M.Com/ MBA/ B.A.(Eco Hons.)
• (Result Awaited/Candidates with Backlog in graduation do not apply)
• Freshers or experienced
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Excellent Communication (both verbal & written).
• Basic understanding of Investment Banking, Capital market and related terminologies.
• Flexible to work in night shifts (24*5 shifts).
