ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager .
As a Technical Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with
product, design, software development and platform teams to define and deliver
enterprise-class capabilities. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the
best solutions with efficient use of resources and technologies. You will make strong
business cases for project prioritization and investment. You will also assess risks,
anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical
constraints and inspire risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
Drive implementation and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
Lead agile engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver to a
defined roadmap
Understand service interdependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards
technical solutions for multi-tiered systems
Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain
clear chains of accountability
Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plan clearly
Mentor junior employees and build effective teams
Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact

REQUIREMENTS
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable
processes and coordinating release schedules
10+ years of relevant engineering experience
7+ years of technical project management experience leading cross-functional
teams to deliver complex software projects
Experience with agile methodologies
Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects involving partner
teams inside and outside your organization
Experience developing Internet products and technologies
Self-motivated and pro-active with strong curiosity and desire for self-development
Dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
Great attention to detail, and passionate about quality of deliverable
Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and problem-solving skills
Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, computer science, or related
discipline.
