Roles and Responsibilities

Opening for last Mile operations. Shift In-charge for Grocery Business

Knowledge: Service Industry, Grocery-Last Mile Team Handling Skills, Communication skills - English and Regional Language fluency is Must, Interpersonal Skills, Well groomed with excellent manners

Mandatory Skills: Handling Delivery boys,

route planning, vehicle allocation, transportation, Handling a team of delivery executives.

1. Handling a Deliver Hub consisting of 80-100 delivery executives.

2. Responsible for the operations metrics of the Hub.

3. Responsible for facility management

4. Customer issue resolution RCA for metrics breach

5. Coordination with van vendors

6.Responsible for the operations metrics of the shift

7. Roster management according to the changing demand

8. Should have good Knowledge of Mumbai Geography

9. Should have very Good Communication skills - English

10. Looking out for Quick Joiners

11.Positions are Open at - Mumbai

Preferred from: Logistics background Only -Last Mile from E-Commerce.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation ( Mandatory)

Experience: 5 to 8 years in last mile operations

Salary: Best In the Industry
